Auditory Processing Disorder

Utilizing the Buffalo model, a proven approach used for over 50 years. Our evaluations combine questionnaires with a set of three tests to identify auditory processing deficits. The Buffalo model assesses hearing ability in quiet versus noisy environments, evaluates how both ears process sound simultaneously, and examines the ability to combine speech sounds to form words. This method allows us to complete evaluations more efficiently, typically requiring an average of two 45-minute appointments instead of a single three-hour session typically used by other clinics.
